Carrier verification
How registration works
US carriers require every business texting platform to verify who is sending and why. Quick Send handles the paperwork. You fill out one profile.
Two number types
Toll-free by default. Local when you want it.
Plans include a toll-free number. Local area-code numbers are optional. You can use both on one account with the same business profile.
Toll-free numbers
The default path. Numbers like 1-833-555-0123. Included with your plan. Pick your number, complete the profile, and submit one verification per number.
- Requires an EIN (free from the IRS)
- Number first, then profile and submit
- Review usually takes 1 to 2 weeks
Local numbers
Optional area-code numbers like (619) 555-0123. Submit your profile first. Pick a number whenever you want. One 10DLC registration covers all local numbers on your account.
- $10/mo when you submit local registration
- Profile first, number whenever
- Review usually takes 1 to 3 business days
- Sole proprietors without an EIN can use this path
Already registered on one path? Adding the other reuses your saved profile. Toll-free verification and 10DLC registration are separate carrier reviews, not a full redo.

You do not log into Telnyx or The Campaign Registry directly. Quick Send submits everything through our carrier partner.

Avoid delays
Tips for a smooth approval
Match your EIN exactly
Your legal business name and EIN must match IRS records. Mismatches are the most common cause of delays.
Use a live website
A working website that matches your brand helps carriers verify your business faster.
Write realistic sample messages
Include opt-out language in promotional samples (for example, Reply STOP to unsubscribe).
Describe opt-in clearly
Explain where and how people consent to receive texts. Vague descriptions often get sent back for edits.
Wait for approval before campaigns
Each number must finish its carrier review before it can send campaigns. Quick Send blocks outbound sends from unverified numbers.
See plan pricing and add-ons on the pricing page.
