Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AppTout LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit quicksendbusiness.com, create an account, or use Quick Send Business. Quick Send and Quick Send Business are brands of AppTout LLC. It also explains how we handle the contact data our customers upload and the rights available to you.
1. Who We Are and Scope
AppTout LLC ("AppTout," "Quick Send," "we," "us," or "our") operates Quick Send Business in the United States. Quick Send and Quick Send Business are brands of AppTout LLC. This policy covers our websites and the platform (together, the "Service").
This policy describes two kinds of people:
- Customers: businesses and their team members who create accounts and use the Service to send messages.
- Contacts: people whose information a customer uploads to the Service and who receive messages from that customer.
If you received a text message from a business using Quick Send, that business decides why and how your information is used. We process it on the business's behalf as a service provider. See Section 6.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us (customers):
- Account information: name, email address, password, and role.
- Organization and carrier registration information: legal business name, EIN or sole proprietor details, business address, website, industry, contact phone number, sample messages, and opt-in descriptions submitted for 10DLC registration.
- Billing information: plan, payment method details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and billing history.
- Content you create in the Service: messages, templates, campaigns, and notes.
- Communications with us, such as support requests.
Information customers upload about contacts: names, phone numbers, custom fields, consent records, message history, and opt-out status.
Information collected automatically: log data, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Service. We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the Service to function (such as authentication) and to understand usage so we can improve it.
Information from third parties: delivery and status information from our messaging carrier partners, registration status from carrier registrars, and payment status from our payment processor.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service, including sending and receiving messages on customers' behalf.
- Complete carrier registration (10DLC) for customers with our carrier partners and The Campaign Registry.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and calculate usage.
- Handle opt-outs automatically and maintain suppression lists.
- Respond to support requests and send service communications, such as registration status updates and billing notices.
- Monitor for abuse, spam, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service and carrier requirements.
- Analyze usage in aggregate to improve the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use the content of your messages or your contact lists to advertise to anyone.
4. SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself.
We collect phone numbers and SMS consent records so that messages you have agreed to receive can be sent and so that opt-outs are honored. Phone numbers and opt-in data are shared only with service providers that are essential to delivering messages, such as our messaging carrier partners and wireless carriers, and only for that purpose.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies by sender.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Service, including messaging carriers and aggregators (to deliver messages and complete 10DLC registration), payment processors (to process payments), cloud hosting and database providers (to store data), and email providers (to send service notifications). These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With carrier registrars such as The Campaign Registry, which require business identity and use-case information to approve A2P messaging.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AppTout LLC, our customers, or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.
- With your direction, when you ask us to share information or connect a third-party service.
6. Contact Data: Our Role as Service Provider
Customers own and control the contact data they upload. With respect to personal information contained in contact data, the customer is the business deciding how it is used, and AppTout LLC acts as a service provider (or "processor") under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- We process contact data only to provide the Service to the customer and as permitted by our agreement with them.
- We do not sell contact data, use it for our own marketing, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
- If you are a contact and want to access, correct, or delete information a business holds about you, contact that business directly. We will assist our customers in fulfilling these requests.
- To stop receiving texts from a business using Quick Send, reply STOP to any of its messages.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including carrier requirements to retain consent and opt-out records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When a customer account is closed, we delete or de-identify customer content and contact data after a reasonable wind-down period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records and suppression lists.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correction, and deletion. Customers can access and update account and organization information in the Service, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts from that sender. Reply HELP for help.
- Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email from us. We will still send transactional service emails.
- Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Service.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the CCPA in California) to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Submit requests to support@quicksendbusiness.com and we will verify and respond as required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 as a user of the Service, or from children under 13 in any capacity. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Where Information Is Processed
The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for US businesses and recipients. Information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before the changes take effect and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
